We renovated a Grade II listed 4 storey house from 3 dilapidated flats back to its former glory.  This included external repairs to the chimney and roof.  We restored many of the original features of the Victorian home and our beautifully crafted fixtures and fittings were in keeping with the period.  We restored the 4 storey staircase, restoring it to its former glory.  We put in Oak flooring throughout; installed a new EVO Home heating system; restored the original 4 bedrooms; restored all the Sash windows including 2 curved glass; created a ground floor open plan kitchen and living room space; installed 4 beautiful Victorian fireplaces; put in one luxury large bathroom and an upstairs attic shower room.  We insulated and rendered under the road which made what is usually an unusable, damp and uninviting space into a warm and dry workshop.
